Start Sifting: Beginners Guide to Yoga leads Yoga Newbies on a 3-week journey through the basics of Yoga in a safe & welcoming environment. Class size is small and attention is given to each student to address their individual needs. Chairs, Walls, Blocks, Blankets, and Bolsters will all be used as a way to make all poses accessible to all. 

After completion of the course, participants will have the necessary knowledge and skills to confidently enjoy general public classes.
