Yoga for All - Try adding a chair

This week is Thanksgiving week. I know several of you may be traveling and missing class. I encourage you, even if you don't bring your mat to the Thanksgiving Gathering, to sneak in a few stretches between the sweet potatoes and the pumpkin pie! 

I wholeheartedly believe that yoga is for everyone. 

You can use a chair to do pretty much any yoga pose. If you have a friend who is looking to try yoga but complains of lack of balance, maybe they're afraid of where to start, suggest that they check out these pictures. 

In class this week, we will be trying these poses (*if space allows, with a wall). 

So - Grab a chair or an empty wall and stretch!
