On the 11th day of Holiday Yoga ... we all sipped hot cocoa.

Day 1: Pine Tree - Mountain

Day 2: Snowfall - Forward Fold

Day 3: Peppermint - Squat 

Day 4: Stocking - Low lunge 

Day 5: Gift - Plank

Day 6: Penguin - Cobra

Day 7: Sleigh - Bow

Day 8: Gingerbread House - Downward Facing Dog

Day 9: Christmas Tree - Tree Pose

Day 10: Holly - Bound Angle

From Bound Angle, or holly pose, lie on your back with your chin tucked in, hug your knees into your chest. You can gently rock from side to side, like you are stirring your hot cocoa. Try this: breathe in through your nose like you are smelling the drink, then blow out - pretending it is too HOT! Cool it down.
