Day 3: Peppermint - Squat 

Day 4: Stocking - Low lunge 

Day 5: Gift - Plank

Day 6: Penguin - Cobra

Lie on your tummy, bend your knees, lift your chest, reach your arms back toward your toes, and hold onto your feet. Relax and breathe ... Perhaps even sing "Jingle Bells" as you ride in the one horse open sleigh.
