On the 5th day of Holiday Yoga ... we all prepared gifts for others.

Day 1: Pine Tree - Mountain 

Day 2: Snowfall - Forward Fold

Day 3: Peppermint - Squat 

Day 4: Stocking - low lunge 

From stocking, lunge pose, step your feet to the back of your mat. Balance on your palms and your bent toes, keeping your arms straight, and your back long. Pretend to be a rectangle shaped box, wrapped up with wrapping paper.
