On the 4th day of Holiday Yoga ... we all hung our stockings by the chimney with care.

Day 1: Pine Tree - Mountain 

Day 2: Snowfall - Forward Fold

Day 3: Peppermint - Squat 

From squat, Peppermint Pose, step your left foot back to the back of your mat, right foot on the inside of hand. Keep a flat back, and open your chest. (take 3 big breaths) 

Switch sides, coming back to peppermint, or squat, in between. Remember to BREATHE.
