On the 2nd Day of Holiday Yoga ... we all fall like flakes of snow gently to the ground.

From yesterday's Pine Tree Mountain Pose, bend your upper body, hinging at the hips, and allow your hands to fall to the ground like fakes of snow. Reach for your toes and the ground around you imagining it becoming covered with a beautiful white winter snow.

Breathe deep in this forward fold - Remember you can always add a block here to bring the ground closer to you, or bend the knees to ease the strain on the lower back.
