Accept life's twists - Eagle Pose

This week we will play with Eagle Pose - through many variations.

The full extension of this pose helps strengthen the hips and build balance.

Other benefits: 
Loosens and strengthens ankles and hips
Loosens wrists and shoulders
Releases tightness between shoulder blades and across sacrum
Cultivates confidence
Strengthens legs

Sometimes however, I just feel I need more attention to my upper back. A twisted arm provides a nice stretch across my upper back - Give it a try!
